Our wedding is a formal event. We are asking our guests to please dress in formal attire. We encourage you to try and outdress us (please do not wear white or pale blue) to help us elevate the event.

We will start the evening with a welcome drink upon your arrival. After the ceremony, there will be food and drinks during cocktail hour. There will also be a large dinner and drinks available during reception.

Our cocktail hour snacks will be mostly charcuterie with bread and crackers and gluten free options available. Our dinner menu is mostly gluten free.

There is a parking lot on site that will be available for most guests. If you are worried about driving after the event, we encourage friends and family to carpool with a designated driver or consider Ubering to ensure safety.

To ensure we have the proper amount of seating, food, and drinks, we are asking everyone to rsvp no later than 30 days before the wedding.

We understand things come up! If you RSVP but end up not being able to make it, please let us know so we can inform our caterer of the change.

We will be having a strict unplugged ceremony. We are hiring a professional team for video and photo who will do a wonderful job capturing the ceremony for us. We do not want iphones being captured in the professional photo or video, and would rather our guests be fully present with us. Guests who bring out their phones to record or take photos in a way that is noticable will be kindly asked to put them away before we continue.

Yes, many of our friends and family have kiddos who we love and want to be a part of our day. Please just RSVP your kiddos so we can ensure we have enough food.

For guests who are arriving during our ceremony, we ask that you wait until after the ceremony to enter the venue. The entrance and gravel road to parking runs alongside our ceremony location. To avoid distracting noise, we will be closing the venue entrance until after the ceremony is complete.

Yes ~ our venue is an outdoor venue. There will be shade during the ceremony and cocktail hour due to location, but it will still be a hot summer day. Our reception will also be hosted outside under a tent.

Yes, all individual guests will be given a plus one to bring. You can let us know in your RSVP if you will be bringing a plus one.

No worries - please let us know in your RSVP if you have a dietary restriction other than being GF. We prioritzed a very gluten free menu for food, so for that we have you covered!
